How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you will first receive an order confirmation email that contains your unique order number. Then you will be sent a separate email notifying you the order has shipped. The shipping email will include your tracking number allowing you to monitor the order’s progress.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All of our orders are delivered in 2-5 business days. We send all of our products via USPS First Class Direct or DHL Expedited Max . If an order is placed before 12:00 p.m. MST it will most likely ship the same day. If the order is placed after 12:00 p.m. the order will ship the following morning. (Exception: Friday afternoon orders will ship on the following Monday)
What is your return policy?
Here at Relevium, we stand by our product. That is why we offer a happiness guarantee. If by chance you are not satisfied with your Relevium product, let us know via email, text, chat or phone call 1-844-385-5223. If you are within the first 30 days of your first full purchase we will honor a full refund of the product.
For all subsequent purchases, returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving the product as long as it is in its original condition and unopened. All we ask is that the product is not used and is in the same condition you received it as well as in the original box and/or packaging.
We will ask for any returned products to be sent to the following address. Please send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Relevium is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your item has shipped, please email the tracking number for your returned product so we can process your refund in a timely manner as well as note the day of return.
If you prefer, Relevium is happy to supply a return label for an $8.00 charge.
